It's not a miracle cure and won't reverse joint wear, but the science behind knee bracing is real.
Research comparing 12 non-drug treatments for knee osteoarthritis found bracing came out on top, with strong results for pain, movement, and stiffness.
A separate study found bracing immediately reduced pain and improved stability during walking.

Measure the circumference of your thigh 14 cm above the centre of your kneecap, then match your measurement to our sizing chart.
If you fall between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
